Think sideways.

Ask better questions. Build better systems.

A practice, not a product

Some problems aren't broken.
They're misread.

Pertner Logic is a consulting practice built around a quiet suspicion: that most systems fail where they touch people, and most relationships strain where they touch systems. The interesting work lives in that seam.

We think about technology the way some people think about gardens — less about what you install, more about what you’re willing to notice. What drifts. What erodes. What holds.

The deliverables look familiar — architectures, assessments, tooling, language. The approach is less so. We leave some questions open on purpose.

A toolkit for auditing what AI platforms store, infer, and remember about you — across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Copilot.

A universal audit prompt, five platform-specific deep audits, and a 3-layer framework (Surface · Behavioral · System) for finding the gap between what an AI shows you and what the platform actually stores. Built for the people who need to know before regulators ask.

A conversational awareness tool. Real-time volume cues, no recording, no judgment. A soft nudge when your voice rises — so you can soften, reset, and stay connected.

It is a very small app with a very particular belief: that most escalation is unnoticed before it is unkind. The technology does one thing. The thinking behind it does more.

In development

Frameworks & tooling.

01  /  Theory

Relational Boundary Erosion

An emerging theory of how boundaries soften, shift, and quietly disappear in systems of trust — personal, professional, and technological. Where limits go when nobody’s watching them.

02  /  Framework

The Squeeze Framework

A diagnostic lens for the moments a relationship or system is under compression. Includes the Drift Detector — a tooling pattern for noticing small, cumulative deviations before they become irreversible ones.

03  /  Tool

Confess — The Honesty Harness

A structured practice (and forthcoming tool) for reintroducing honesty into systems that have learned to route around it. Less confession, more instrumentation.

04  /

Case studies and additional frameworks will appear here as work is released. Some of it is already quietly in progress.

At the seam
where
tech touches people.

In 2025, I published a memoir about the small honest sentences that I scrolled past in my feed. It was the wisdom of modern-day proverbs shared by the TikTok Collective.

It’s the same work as the rest of this practice. Paying attention to where systems deliver something unexpected and real. Where people touch systems in new and unexpected ways.
